ello! it has been a long time since i posted. anyway i want to share with you my calorie intake. On wednesday i had 2 pieces of wholemeal bread + tuna and cucumber *yummy yum* for breakfast at 6.15am. then at 9.17am although i was not hungry i decided to finish the sandwhich which is also two pieces of wholemeal bread + cucumber + tomato if not there will not be time to eat. then at 12.37pm i had a plate of grilled fish with rice * high calorie*. although i was not hungry, i finished my chicken curry puff from delifrance at 5.30pm while waiting for the bus. at home, i had dinner with soup and all. quite a feast actually!! *slurp... but thousands of calories i think* then at 10.23p, i felt like eating something so i had a cup of milo * high sugar content as it provides energy * with four cream crackers. then i did not exercise the entire day so... --> calorie intake = weight gain.

So c major, u would nv been as plump as me so just EAT!

tdae, i had sandwhich which is wholemeal bread again but this time with peanut butter and kaya filling * the combination is perfect! * then i had a japanese sweet potato * 15 cm long but it tasted sweet and nice and smells like jasmine =p * before pw cos i was afraid i would be hungry. at 2.23, i had a piece of pizza
* calorie amount= high *. the other piece i gave to jean cos she also nv went down. then once i reached home, i ate a banana, then my dinner, then a piece of ARNOTT brownie* warning : strongly recommended for all those who like to eat chocolate and like the Girl Guides' brownie * =) then another banana

so i SERIOUSLY need a CALORIE CACULATOR or one day....

just kidding... as u can see... a major is getting crazy. the reason? XXX
