lol lately, i am on a food rampage. there was one day when i had 4 pieces of wholemeal bread for breakfast. lol no kidding. * here is the lame part * while i was eating, i decided to check out what nutrition did i gain from eating all that bread. so here goes....
- 1 piece of bread = 74 kcal --> 4 pieces = 296 kcal
- 12.0g of protein
- 2.8 fat * bread actually has fat? hmmm... 1 day i shall use chem to explain it...*
- 52.0g of carbohydrates
- 7.2g of dietary fibre
lol i think it is fascinating that all these things actually helps our body work and give us energy. just a note to those who think i am a maniac over these things... i really think it is interesting if we understand what we are eating in the first place. lol
